The densimat is a densimetric separation system designed for the high-efficiency removal of heavy pollutants and sand from dry particle flows or sanding dust. The unit integrates a densimetric table fitted with a vibrating screen and a fan for generating fluidizing air, allowing for the precise separation of materials such as metals, stones, glass, rubber, and plastics. All operating parameters — including screen inclination, vibration frequency, and air speed — are fully adjustable via a keyboard, ensuring total flexibility in removing both typical and atypical contaminants. Thanks to the self-cleaning device for the chamber bottom and low energy consumption, the system ensures cleaner combustion and improved machinability of the final panel.
