Characteristics

Vibrating channels – VFG is engineered for efficient and consistent wood material feeding. Its advanced “leaf spring” acceleration system allows for fast, controlled transport while ensuring high precision and stability.

The vibrating channel is available in two versions:

VFG with Metal Detector – equipped with a metal detection system to eliminate contaminants and protect downstream machinery
VFG Standard – basic version for efficient vibrating transport with effective material separation

Globus vibrating feeder, are able to feed wood material at high speed, thanks to a special acceleration system called “leaf spring”
Extra high acceleration leave a perfect material alignment and the extra shake allow a perfect separation of stone and dust, collected by a special screen at the feeder end
