The magnetic plate – mpg is a static deferrization system designed for the total decontamination of material from all magnetic parts. The structure features a C8 ferrite magnetic field with a G magnetic curve, enclosed in an AISI304 stainless steel protective shell. A distinctive feature of this model is the inclusion of cooling fans, which ensure thermal stability and the overall efficiency of the magnetic system. Due to the absence of moving kinematic mechanisms, the magnetic plate – mpg eliminates mechanical maintenance costs, while a dedicated hydraulic system facilitates plate opening for cleaning operations, ensuring maximum protection for downstream equipment.
