DESANDER

The desander is a dust cleaning system specifically designed to remove heavy pollutants within a mesh range from 0.1 to 0.6 mm. The machine utilizes a specially designed separation chamber where the dust flow is crossed by two adjustable air currents, generated by fans equipped with inverters. Thanks to an internal rotor that balances the flow and a precise dosing system, the desander ensures very high cleaning efficiency in sand removal. Its compact layout, combined with low energy consumption and minimal maintenance costs, makes it an essential solution for treating polluted dust flows.
