The alligator is a pre-crusher designed for handling particularly bulky recycling materials. The machine features a very large feeding hopper and a low-speed rotor equipped with heavy-duty teeth, powered by a hydraulic unit (M2) protected against overloads and foreign bodies. Thanks to the discharge sizing screen, the ALLIGATOR ensures a drastic volume reduction of the material (from 60-80 to 130-150 kg/m³), making transportation easier and cheaper. The system stands out for its reliability, low energy consumption, and minimum noise during the crushing operation.
