The purpose of this procedure is to concretely implement the regulatory provisions on the protection of persons who, in the workplace, report breaches of Union law, or breaches of national regulatory provisions, as per the provisions set forth in the Legislative Decree no. 24\/2023 transposing EU Directive no. 2019\/1937.<\/p>

Legislative Decree no. 24\/2023 has recently implemented EU Dir. n. 2019\/1937 introducing new measures for \u201cthe protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
