Extractors

The hydromat is a versatile storage system designed for handling wet or dry materials, such as chips, sawdust, particles, and dust. The system is based on a sturdy sliding scraper-extractor driven by hydraulic pistons, which conveys the material toward the loading hopper of the extraction screws. Characterized by a simple and reliable design, the hydromat allows for accurate control of silo levels and requires very low maintenance costs.

Technical features

Strong sliding scraper-extractor alternatively driven by hydraulic piston/s
Piston/s housing box with seals to prevent material leakage
Integrated power-pack to drive the hydraulic piston/s

Electronic level indicator for screw empty condition
Supply of silo drawing only for local manufacturing
Supply of complete silo and protections, including: bridge-breakers for cylindrical silos, when needed – continuous level indicator, i.e. ultrasound system – electromechanical levels for emergency (Top-minimum) – AF – Fire extinguishing system – AE – Explosion vents
