MULTICOMP BCD is an amplifier unit that has been designed to amplify the load cell signal and calculate the flow rate of the BCD scale, making this data available on the display and via a 4-20mA analogue signal. The unit acquires the signal from the load cell located below the weighing bridge and amplifies it by calculating the instantaneous static weight of the scale. Furthermore, an encoder is applied to accurately measure the speed of the weighing scale belt and, by multiplying the speed by the static weight, the unit calculates the scale flow rate in Kg/min.
